My journey began with a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Business Administration, driven by a deep vocation for service, user experience, and building human-centered relationships. This foundation gave me early insight into the power of genuine connection.
I later strengthened my professional path at Bamo Connect, an authorized U.S. distributor of DirecTV and AT&T, where I led the customer service department. There, I designed strategies to attract, retain, and engage users—turning challenging situations into opportunities for growth and trust-building.
To expand my impact, I pursued both a Specialization and a Master’s Degree in Marketing, which allowed me to lead successful projects in 360° digital marketing, SEO strategy, automation, digital advertising, and brand growth across Latin America and the United States.
